Nova Regency is a 50-apartment serviced apartment property in Ejipura, Austin Town, Bengaluru, at the Koramangala-Indiranagar edge behind Sony World Signal. We host short-stay guests booking through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip, alongside long-stay residents on monthly tenancies.
We are hiring a Front Desk Executive to run our reception. You will be trained hands-on by our current front office lead through October and November, and will independently own the desk from December onwards. This is a permanent, full-time role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle check-ins and check-outs, verify guest ID, and complete guest registration.2. Answer the reception phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries, and respond to every guest query within 4 hours.
3. Manage reservations on our property management system and keep availability accurate across all booking channels.
4. Collect and record rent, deposits and nightly payments, and maintain the daily cash and petty cash register.
5. Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests and follow each one through to closure.
6. Resolve guest complaints at the desk and escalate what you cannot close.
7. Maintain the visitor register and coordinate with gate security.
8. Prepare the daily occupancy and collection report for management. Note: Meals are provided while on duty.

1. Hotel or serviced apartment front office experience preferred; freshers with strong spoken English will be considered.
2. Kannada or Tamil speaking ability is an advantage.
