PY INDSOL (PY Industrial solutions private limited) is a soon to be platform for buying and selling reliable used machineries. We are a lean team of 8. Office is located at red fields near racecourse, Combatore, Tamilnadu, India.
Role : Business Development Executive - (Sales & Marketing)
We're looking for a specialist with passion for sales and marketing in the manufacturing industry someone who can create and nurture compelling converstions that can eventually turn into long lasting relationships.
Core responsibilities :
- Arrive strategy for sales along with founder and sales head
- Generate leads through networking , cold calling and scheduling site visits on short notice based on requirement
- Understanding KPIs ( engagement, conversations & optimise strategy & conversation accordingly )
- Negotiate terms and closing deals
- Maintain brand consistency across conversations and in person visits

Strong communication skills and a willingness to connect with people
Non negotiable requirement :
Industry : Manufacturing ( Direct or indirect )
Departments : Purchase, Sales, Busisness development , Marketing , Tooling
Past work experience : 2-5 years of hands on working in one of the above mentioned departments in manufacturing or related to manufacturing industry
Languages known : English , other languages are plus
Education : Diploma or equivalent
Earn certifications in these skills
