Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across community channels
Manage day-to-day moderation, communication & engagement
Ensure Community Members & Sellers follow community SOPs & guidelines
Proactively reach out to members and sellers for onboarding and guidance
Handle incoming leads, explain offerings, onboard members/sellers, and close sales
Support and manage revenue-generating accounts
Conduct offline meetings to educate local businesses about community reach and benefits
Plan and execute hyper-local marketing activities (online & on-ground)
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, sellers, and local professionals
Skill(s) required
Content Writing Creative Thinking Social Media Marketing
Earn certifications in these skills
