We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints. The role covers brand positioning, marketing communication, content creation, corporate branding, trade exhibitions, and management of marketing assets. A significant focus of the role is LinkedIn copywriting , including managing the personal LinkedIn accounts of our Directors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Communication

• Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines.

2. Marketing Material

• Design and manage company marketing materials.
• Develop case studies and success stories that showcase the company's capabilities and achievements.

3. Digital Presence

• Manage and update the company website.
• Manage and post on the company's LinkedIn page and the Directors' LinkedIn profiles.
• Create and distribute newsletters and other marketing communications.

4. Content Creation

• Coordinate product photography and videography.
• Manage content creation for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, the website, and social media.

5. Exhibitions & Events

• Plan and execute booth branding for trade shows and exhibitions.
• Develop exhibition marketing materials and display content.

6. PR & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate industry PR activities, media coverage, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for industry features, awards, and publications.

7. Asset Management

• Maintain a centralized digital content library.
• Manage marketing assets including images, videos, presentations, brochures, and brand resources.

8. Corporate Branding

• Drive corporate branding initiatives across offices, factories, and customer-facing environments.
• Manage office and factory branding and communication materials.

Requirements

• Strong LinkedIn-specific copywriting skills.
• 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management and/or Corporate Marketing.
• Prior experience in a B2B environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and corporate communication.
• Experience managing agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
• Creative thinker who brings fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
