Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integration solutions across enterprise HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies and have hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The role requires close collaboration with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business requirements.- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration tools.- Develop solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.- Integrate Workday with third-party applications including Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and ERP systems.- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and production incidents.- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.- Create and maintain technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment documentation.- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and integration best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions within project timelines.Required Skills :- Strong experience in Workday Integration development and support.- Hands-on expertise in :1. Workday Studio2. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)3. Core Connectors4. Workday Web Services5. Workday APIs- Strong knowledge of :1. XML2. XSLT3. SOAP & REST APIs4. JSON- Experience with data transformation, mapping, and file-based integrations.- Understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance business processes.- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications :- Workday Integration Certification.- Experience with PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, or Document Transformation.- Exposure to Workday Studio-based complex integrations.- Experience working in Workday implementation, upgrade, or support projects.- Knowledge of integration security and data governance practices.Educational Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
