Zuora Billing ConsultantExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Bangalore / Hyderabad / PuneWork Mode : Hybrid 3 Days WFOShift : UK Shift / Afternoon ShiftBGV : MandatoryJob Overview :We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing, subscription management, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring Zuora Billing, developing integrations, troubleshooting billing issues, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components, including :1. Products2. Subscriptions3. Rate Plans4. Billing Rules5. Invoices6. Payments- Develop and support Zuora integrations using REST APIs, Workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.- Support the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including :1. Subscription creation2. Amendments3. Renewals4. Cancellations5. Invoicing6. Collections7. Payments8. Revenue-related processes- Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective fixes while minimizing business disruption.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Zuora solutions.- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and production support.- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to business and development teams.- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, integrations, and system performance.Required Skills :- 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing or related subscription billing platforms.- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements.- Expertise in :1. Products & Rate Plans2. Subscriptions & Amendments3. Billing Rules4. Invoicing & Payments5. Collections- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.- Hands-on experience with Zuora REST APIs and Workflows.- Good knowledge of SOQL/SQL and Zuora Object Model.- Experience troubleshooting production billing and integration issues.- Strong experience in RCA, testing, UAT, and deployments.- Good understanding of subscription lifecycle and billing processes.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience working on end-to-end Zuora implementations or enhancements.- Knowledge of revenue-related processes and integrations.- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.- Strong production support and incident management experience.Candidate Requirements :- Must be comfortable working in UK / Afternoon Shift.- Must be available to work 3 days from office.- BGV is mandatory.- Candidates with an unemployment gap of 6 months or more will not be considered.
