Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
- Schedule product demos or connect interested clients with the sales team
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets regularly
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls and messages
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
