Job Description:

 

 

Creating and updating Project Trackers for individual projects.

Tracking Project with various Project tracking tools and monitoring minutely each activity

of Project.

Tracking and facilitating projects and interacting with CMOs/CROs.

COGS calculations for the projects.

Building and updating Gantt charts with constant interaction for all the preliminary

activities and EB related activities.

Coordination with R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for follow ups on committed

dates framed by Management Team.

Conducting meetings with the senior management for updating the progress of the

Projects.

Constant interaction with FDA team for updating timely permissions and R&D license.

Following up with Accounts for debit note on every payment milestone.

Proficient in MS excel with good hold on Gantt charts and project trackers.

Coordination with R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for follow ups on committed

dates framed by Project Management Team.

Conducting meetings with the senior management for updating the progress of the

Projects.

Project Management experience with fair knowledge in planning, execution, and project

close-out activities.

Managing the Projects running at external partners with fluent communications when &

where required, assisting the Team lead.

Ensure business and tech transfer projects are effectively managed, including clear

understanding of timelines, costs, and service level.

Liaise between Store and R & D team to check the availability of API, RM, PM basis against

the shared BOM.
