1. Group Financial Leadership & Controllership
* Own the consolidated and entity-level P&L, balance sheet and cash flow across all operating companies
and affiliated entities.
* Maintain clean, audit-ready, arms-length books for each legal entity - with no co-mingling and clear
inter-entity boundaries preserved at all times.
* Lead month-end close, management reporting (MIS), and the integrity of the numbers that leadership
and external parties rely on.
* Manage multi-currency consolidation across INR, USD and PHP exposures.
* Direct and develop the finance team, with the Director - Finance as the immediate operational lead
underneath the role.
2. Cash, Treasury & Working Capital
* Own group cash position, forecasting and treasury across all entities and geographies.
* Drive working-capital discipline - in particular the booking-to-cash cycle, collections performance and
cash-conversion ratios that materially shape the investor story.
* Manage banking relationships, FX exposure and inter-company funding flows.
3. Financial Strategy, Valuation & External Reporting
* Build and own the group's forward financial model: scenario planning, capital-deployment modelling,

and the link between operating plans and projected outcomes.
* Stand behind the financial model, the normalisation logic and the EBITDA bridges in front of
sophisticated external scrutiny - and be able to defend every number under pressure. The group
expects to engage with institutional counterparties over time, and the CFO must be able to lead those
conversations with full command of the numbers.
* Own the integrity and readiness of all financially sensitive materials - maintaining the group to an
audit-ready, diligence-ready standard at all times.
* Translate a multi-product, multi-entity reality into a single, coherent, defensible financial narrative.
