Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce & AI Specialist to design and deploy enterprise generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will build custom prompt templates, configure autonomous agents using Agentforce, and securely integrate the Einstein Trust Layer to orchestrate real-time, data-grounded automated actions across CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure autonomous AI agents using Agentforce to automate reasoning-based customer and employee workflows across multiple execution channels.
  
• Build, test, and manage custom prompt templates inside Prompt Builder using natural language, grounding them dynamically with real-time CRM and Data Cloud records.
  
• Implement the Einstein Trust Layer configuration to enforce strict data privacy, masking of sensitive PII data, toxicity filtering, and audit trail logging.
  
• Define agent behavior, topics, and actions using a combination of Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, and pre-built standard platform actions.
  
• Leverage Data Cloud for Agentforce to improve LLM generation accuracy, managing semantic indexing, chunking strategies, and vector/hybrid search types.
  
• Validate AI performance and reasoning in the Testing Center, managing the deployment lifecycle from isolated sandboxes to live production environments.
  
• Set up Multi-Agent Interoperability using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to manage cross-agent communication and secure system-to-system interactions.
  

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of overall Salesforce platform experience, with 2+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and deploying Salesforce Einstein AI and generative tooling.
  
• Strong proficiency in Prompt Builder , Agentforce configuration , Salesforce Flows, and Apex programmatic extensions.
  
• Deep understanding of LLM principles, grounding techniques, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data governance architectures.
  
• Mandatory certification: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (or active Salesforce AI Specialist certification).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
  
• Prior experience integrating third-party LLMs or enterprise predictive models using Salesforce Model Builder.
