Role Overview

As part of the Product & Strategy function for Vyapar Plus, he/she will be responsible for driving the product strategy, business model, partner ecosystem, and end-to-end execution of the Vyapar Plus platform. The role involves working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance, Risk and external partners to build and scale Vyapar Plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy s Roadmap: Define the overall Vyapar Plus product strategy, roadmap, priorities and business requirements across banking services, merchant servicesand lead-generation products.
• Business Model s Commercials: Design and evaluateproduct commercials, commissionstructures, retailer payouts, partner commercials and unit

economics to ensure sustainable business growth.

• Product Development s Execution: Drive requirements from ideation to BRD, development, UAT and Go-Live, ensuring alignment between business

requirements and technology implementation.

• Product s Partner Integrations : Manage end-to-end integration requirements with banking, fintech and service partners across AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Travel, Wallet, Loans and Lead Generation.
• Merchant / Kirana Journey: Design and optimise the end-to-end Kirana onboarding, authentication, transaction, lead generation, service and earnings journeys.
• GTM s Scale-up Strategy: Develop the go-to-market strategy for onboarding and activating Kiranas, including pilot planning, geographic expansion, BDO-led

distribution and merchant productivity.

• Lead Management s Distribution: Define lead flows, eligibility criteria, routing logic, CRM requirements and consumption of Muthoot customer/lead data

across products.

• Revenue s PsL Management: Track product-level revenue, commissions, payouts, transaction volumes, active retailers and overall unit economics to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the key business/product interface across Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Infosec, Legal and external partners to drive timely execution.
• Controls s Compliance: Incorporate KYC, transaction limits, geofencing, authentication, reconciliation and other regulatory/business controls into product journeys.
• Product Analytics s Performance: Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor onboarding, activation, transactions, retailer earnings, lead conversion and product-wise performance.
• Continuous Product Improvement: Identify gaps through business/merchant feedback and data, and drive enhancements to improve retailer adoption, engagement, transaction volumes and overall profitability.

Education/Experience

• 3-5 years of experience incl Business development in lending products with fintech, leadingbanks or NBFCs or a multi-product platform business
• Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banks, Technical service providers
• Some Experience in product, SAAS, some experience in Business development including PCL Stakeholder management
• Ability to closely work with internal and external teams
• Sales and marketing know-how.
• Problem solving and Research acumen
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability towards constructive networking
• Team player and multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills
