About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries through Email and Chat Support . The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within timelines.
- Provide information related to retail banking products and services.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to customers.
Eligibility
- Education: Graduation mandatory (Any Stream)
- Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
- Communication: Good written and verbal English communication
- CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA, based on interview performance
Working Schedule
- Shift: Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM8:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaks
- Weekly Off: 8 rotational week-offs per month
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
