Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and website visuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, refining design concepts, assisting in logo and branding projects, and ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, preparing files for production, and incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with the team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an eye for visual balance and composition.
• Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and refinement.
• Understanding of Typography and its application in creating clear, aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept constructive feedback, and iterate quickly on design revisions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects, including branding, logos, and digital creatives.
