We are looking for an experienced  Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in  Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data to design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent solutions for business and operational use cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the  AI/ML lifecycle , including data preparation, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You will work with large and complex datasets to build reliable machine learning solutions and translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven applications.

The role requires a strong combination of  AI/ML engineering, data expertise, analytical thinking, programming, and problem-solving skills , along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technology and business teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy  AI and Machine Learning models for business and product use cases.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and actionable insights.
• Perform  data preparation, cleaning, transformation, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering .
• Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling to solve business and operational problems.
• Evaluate models using appropriate performance metrics, validation techniques, and experimentation frameworks.
• Build reusable data and ML pipelines to support reliable model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and reliability of training and production data.
• Integrate machine learning models into production applications and business workflows.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and reliability in production environments.
• Perform model tuning, optimization, and root-cause analysis for performance issues.
• Use Python and relevant AI/ML libraries to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work with SQL and data platforms to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data.
• Conduct experiments and proof-of-concepts to evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Document models, data pipelines, experiments, assumptions, results, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to MLOps, automation, testing, version control, deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Stay current with developments in  AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and related technologies .

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in  Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data .
• Strong programming skills in  Python with experience using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive modelling, classification, regression, clustering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured and large-scale datasets.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Understanding of ML pipelines, MLOps, model monitoring, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Exposure to  Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or Large Language Models is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI/ML and data solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
