Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand student backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable learning programs.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and new opportunities.
3. Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, and email based on leads and enquiries received.
4. Explain program offerings, curriculum structure, and unique benefits in a clear, engaging way.
5. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
6. Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
7. Develop and implement engagement strategies with engineering colleges and academic institutions across India.
8. Performance-driven career growth with clear milestones and promotion opportunities.
