About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and organized administration supervisor to join our team at MASMEDIA. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring efficiency across all departments. If you have a strong knowledge of MS Office and a passion for streamlining processes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities within the company2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations
3. Develop and implement efficient filing and record-keeping systems
4. Train and supervise administrative staff to maintain high performance levels
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations
