Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally through available communication channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services and processes.
  
• Record customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities accurately in CRM or internal systems.
  
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  
• Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, requests, and service issues.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information when required.
  
• Support customer satisfaction and service-quality objectives through prompt and professional communication.
  

Required Skills

1. Customer Handling: Ability to understand enquiries and provide clear, professional responses.
   
2. CRM Management: Ability to record and maintain customer interaction data systematically.
   
3. Query Resolution: Ability to identify customer requirements and follow the appropriate resolution process.
   
4. Customer Follow-up: Ability to track pending requests and ensure timely follow-up.
   
5. Service Coordination: Ability to coordinate customer requirements with relevant internal teams.
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM or customer-support software.
  
• Basic reporting and data-entry proficiency.
  
• Understanding of customer-service escalation and ticket-management processes.
  

Work Experience Requirements
