About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
3. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

B. Employee Engagement & Relations

1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and rewards & recognition programs.
2. Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.

C. HR Operations & Administration

1. Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
2. Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, promotion letters, appraisal letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
3. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
4. Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.

D. Social Media Management

1. Create and manage content related to company culture, employee engagement activities, events, hiring campaigns, achievements, and organizational updates.
2. Maintain the organization's presence across relevant social and digital platforms.
3. Track basic social media performance metrics.

4. 3–5 years of HR experience.

5. Experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, startups, or service industries preferred.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
