Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
4. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
6. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
7. Collaborate with various departments to support employee development and engagement initiatives.
