IT Head - Digital Transformation

IT Strategy & Governance:- Define and execute the enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy, aligning technology investments with business growth and regulatory requirements.Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0:- Lead smart manufacturing, MES/PLM, IoT, and analytics-led transformation programs across plants to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize energy efficiency.CRM & Application Implementation:- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and other business-critical applications across functions.ERP Implementation:- Own the ERP landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or equivalent), driving implementation, upgrades, and enterprise-wide adoption, along with LIMS and other core platforms.IT Infrastructure:- Oversee networking, data center, and cloud infrastructure to ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available IT environment.Cybersecurity & Compliance:- Build and strengthen enterprise cybersecurity posture, SOC capabilities, and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and applicable data protection regulations.Vendor & Stakeholder Management:- Manage technology partners, consultants, and vendor ecosystems to deliver high-impact digital initiatives within committed timelines.Team Leadership:- Build and mentor a high-performing technology organization, establishing centers of excellence where relevant.Continuous Improvement:- Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and reduce total cost of technology ownership.
