About the job

Role Summary

The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression by providing exceptional reception and administrative support. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to efficiently manage front office operations while ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Guide visitors to meeting rooms and provide assistance as required.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, printing, documentation, and courier coordination.
  • Possess a good understanding of the company's services, products, and facilities to effectively assist clients and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and front office standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
  • Experience in corporate offices, financial institutions, business centres, or hospitality organizations will be preferred.
  • Hospitality background is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered an added advantage.
