Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay experience for guests by adhering to the premium service standards of Trident Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities).
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and public spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, courteously, and within the given time.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Ensure proper usage and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry) to ensure smooth operations.
