About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilizing MS Excel to analyze HR metrics and generate reports to drive decision-making2. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
3. Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent that aligns with our company values
4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
5. Managing employee relations and guiding conflict resolution and performance management
6. Collaborating with department heads to assess and address training needs across the organization
7. Organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
