Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
3. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
4. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
5. Manage recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities, to expand our talent pipeline.
