About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management - Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.2. Team Coordination - Coordinate with Talent Managers, Management, Creators, Clients, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
3. Campaign Execution Support - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing and artist management campaigns from initiation to completion.
4. Internal Communication - Ensure important updates, deadlines, requirements, and changes are communicated clearly across relevant teams.
5. Quality & Compliance Checks - Ensure campaign deliverables and operational documentation meet the required standards and agreed timelines.
