About the Role : You will be working directly with executive and senior leadership with various initiatives surrounding the renewal process, customer lifecycle, Account Management team, SKUs, pricing and quotes, and more. This role would be considered a senior position where you have the autonomy to help drive strategy, lead projects, and cross collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure we build the best overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in Account Management, Sales & Revenue Ops, a strong understanding of GTM and Account Management business models, and excellent communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities : - CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and standardization in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and reporting. Conduct regular audits of pipeline data in collaboration with regional RevOps leads and Sales/Marketing teams. - Sales Forecasting: Own day-to-day operations and hygiene in sales forecasting and pipeline management. Ensure forecasting inputs are reliable and system usage remains consistent across Account Management / Renewal teams. Track proper utilization of the tool as a forecasting tool across the company - Project Contribution: Assist with leading projects as well as contributing to large complex requests that involve multiple cross departmental stakeholders.

This role will act as point for the Account Management team and will need to ensure that management of requests, changes, projects, and reporting is executed upon in a manageable timeline and while meeting requirements and expectations. - Ad-hoc Analysis: Drive on-demand analysis, data pulls, CRM changes, and insights generation for Operations and GTM stakeholders. Partner with Deal Desk and support operational processes. - Operational Support: Responsible for ensuring Account Management team’s workflows for sending quotes and the underlying operations are effective, efficient, and delivered prior to month-end. Work alongside the DealDesk team to ensure accurate data is reflected within quarterly and yearly quotas, revenue expansion, upsells, and Book of Business metrics. Work cross collaboratively with stakeholders and department leaders to support business vision and initiatives of the Account Management team. You Have : - 8+ years in Account Management, Revenue Operations, Success Operations, or a related GTM operational role. - At least 3+ years of experience supporting Account Management and Renewals teams - Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, development, and GTM system governance, including process mapping and automation. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly growing environment. - Excellent communication skills and timely communications - Experience with AI tooling such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Rovo, or AgentForce. - Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority. - Bachelor's degree.
