About the job
Deepali Jain Studio is a growing online education company specialising in academic tutoring for school students in Australia. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive 'Academic Operations & Client Support Executive' to support the day-to-day academic and operational functioning of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Support day-to-day academic operations, including homework coordination, attendance, test records, student trackers, and related documentation.2. Coordinate routine communication with parents and teachers, including emails, messages, reminders, and basic class-related coordination.
3. Keep academic and operational records, documents, and Google Drive resources organised and up to date.
4. Follow up on pending tasks, homework, feedback, communication and other operational requirements to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
5. Assist with general administrative, coordination and organisational responsibilities as required, and take ownership of new operational tasks as the organisation grows. This is a hands-on operations and support role. The responsibilities will evolve as the organisation grows, so we are looking for someone who can take ownership.
