BMS- Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine BMS PPM service visits and corrective small works
• Respond to BMS-related callouts and support customer needs
• Review site logbooks and address minor issues during visits
• Produce clear and accurate service reports with upgrade or repair recommendations
• Supervise subcontractors (e.g. electricians panel manufacturers) on-site
• Modify and configure BMS software to meet client objectives
• Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting system changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in BMS & HVAC systems (AHUs FCUs chillers etc.)
• Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels
• HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Electronic or Software Engineering
• Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
