Technical Support Engineer - HVAC / BMS / Comfort Solutions

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sales, application engineering, installation support, commissioning assistance, and troubleshooting for HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) products. The role involves supporting internal sales teams, system integrators, contractors, and channel partners by delivering technical expertise across comfort and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including product application, selection, sizing, and solution recommendations.

• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC control and comfort products.

• Perform selection and sizing of field devices such as: 

o Control valves

o Pressure Independent Control Valves (PICVs)

o Actuators

o Temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors

o Differential pressure devices and related HVAC components

• Guide customers, contractors, and partners on best practices for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Assist in hydraulic/hydronic balancing of HVAC systems and recommend suitable balancing solutions.

• Provide technical consultation for HVAC automation and BMS applications.

• Collaborate with sales, service, product management, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams, channel partners, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.

• Analyze field issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and market requirements.

• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer meetings.

• Hands-on experience with HVAC control products from manufacturers such as Belimo, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Castle Valves, Advance Valves, Sant Valves, Kitz
