About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.2. Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful deals through effective selling techniques.
3. Conduct product demos and maintain client relationships
4. Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Drive ERP sales by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
