What We Require : - Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend systems.- Drive architecture decisions, microservices adoption, and engineering best practices.- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Platform, and Business teams to deliver reliable solutions.- Own production stability, performance optimization, and critical issue resolution.- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams.What Should You Have : - 8 - 12 years of experience in Backend Engineering with strong expertise in Java/J2EE.- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and event-driven applications.- Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations.- Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.Tech Stack : - Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, CI/CD.
