About the job
Grad-Assist is looking for a detail-oriented Test & Assessment Coordinator to own the full testing lifecycle for our students: from scheduling through to parent-ready reports. This is a process-heavy, deadline-driven role suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable with routine data work, and reliable under time pressure.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule tests for students in coordination with tutors and students' availability.2. Prepare test papers from existing question banks/source material (formatting, compiling, proofing).
3. Administer/conduct tests (online or in-person, as applicable).
4. Send completed test scripts to the relevant tutor for correction and follow up to ensure timely turnaround.
5. Collect corrected results from tutors and accurately enter them into the tracking software/sheets.
6. Generate student performance reports from the results.
7. Share reports with parents in a timely, professional manner.
8. Flag scheduling conflicts, delays, or discrepancies to management proactively. Working Hours
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, 6 days/week.

Other requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline; comfort with numbers/data preferred.
2. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to learn internal software tools quickly.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; this role is unforgiving of errors in data entry.
4. Good written communication for parent-facing report notes.
5. Prior experience in an ed-tech, coaching institute, or back-office coordination role is a plus, but not mandatory.
