About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle and follow up with leads generated through various channels.2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
3. Conduct site visits and property presentations.
4. Build your own channel network and relationships.
4. Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversions.
5. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
6. Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
8. Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
10. Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.
