UI/UX Architect

We are looking for an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design function for DentalKart's web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the design vision, building scalable design systems, improving user experience, driving conversion through design, and leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate innovation.
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy across web and mobile applications.
- Define and maintain a premium, scalable design language and design system.
- Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Improve key customer journeys including Search, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer behavior to improve product experience.
- Mentor and lead the design team while maintaining high design quality standards.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Proven experience leading design teams and shipping consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, premium UI design, and design systems.
- Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Interaction Design.
- Experience designing for both Mobile Apps and Responsive Web platforms.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and customer-centered design principles.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and productivity.
