About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.2. Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
3. Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
4. Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
5. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
6. Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
7. Conduct competitor and market research to improve campaign strategies.
8. Assist in tracking conversions, pixels, UTM parameters, and campaign analytics.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
