About the job

Interskill Solutions is hiring a Junior IT Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and aspiring IT professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about technology, teaching, mentoring, Python programming, data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and generative AI.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct classroom and practical IT training / technical training sessions
2. Train students in Python, SQL, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, Power BI, and Tableau
3. Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, coding exercises, and project mentoring
4. Assist students with technical interview preparation and career guidance
5. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and course content
6. Track student progress and provide regular feedback
7. Stay updated with the latest AI, data science, and IT technologies

Who can apply

Other requirements

A. Eligibility:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

2. 0–5 years of experience in IT, data science, AI, software development, or technical training.

3. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

B. Who can apply?

1. Recent graduates looking to start a career as an IT Trainer.

2. Candidates interested in teaching, technical training, and student mentoring.

3. Candidates with internship or project experience in Python, SQL, AI, data science, Power BI, or Tableau.

4. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

C. Required technical skills:

1. Good knowledge of Python programming

2. Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals

3. Basic to intermediate understanding of data science and machine learning

4. Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI concepts

5. Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau

6. Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization

7. Good problem-solving and analytical skills

D. Required soft skills:

1. Good communication and presentation skills

2. Strong teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills

3. Passion for technical training and student development

4. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
