Overview The Agentic Transformation team is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to shape how people, products and AI agents come together through intuitive, high-quality experiences, tools and workflows across Salesforce’s Solutions and Builder ecosystem. They translate complex needs, insights and strategic direction into thoughtful, scalable experiences that enable Solution Engineers, Builders and Leaders to work more effectively and realise greater value from AI. You will stay deeply connected to the needs and realities of our global Solutions & Builders teams, using research, discovery, experimentation and continuous feedback to understand user needs and translate them into effective experiences. You will turn these insights into clear, compelling experiences that support meaningful behaviour change, sustained adoption and measurable impact. You will work across the full design process — from discovery and concept development through prototyping, testing and delivery — partnering closely with Experience Strategists, Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. You will bring clarity to complex problems, make emerging technologies tangible, and create experiences that are intuitive, effective and grounded in evidence.
