Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our client base in international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, international sales and will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales initiatives.

Prospect and engage with potential clients across the USA, UK, and Canada .

Identify and connect with CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses requiring accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing services.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand their requirements.

Present and position Mindspace's accounting and outsourcing solutions to prospective clients.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards successful closures.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Maintain accurate sales records, lead details, and pipeline updates in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Represent the company at relevant networking events, business meetings, and industry platforms when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

37 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development .

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial outsourcing, or professional services will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or outsourcing services .

Experience handling international clients, particularly from the USA, UK, or Canada .

Existing network within accounting firms, CPA firms, or businesses will be an added advantage.

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or basic knowledge of accounting principles is required.
