Position Title: Marketing Manager (Account Manager)

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Jaipur (on-site), Full-time

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Nine Degree, youll own the marketing journey for your clients end-to-end. From shaping the creative and content strategy to crafting copy, running campaigns, and spotting new growth opportunities - youll be both the strategist and the doer. Youll roll up your sleeves to execute directly while also collaborating with a team to bring big ideas to life. Your ultimate goal is to help clients overcome challenges, amplify their presence, and drive business growth. You need to be a problem solver and a bit nerdy about timelines and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for your clients - building trust, managing expectations, and driving their marketing forward.
• Translate client goals and briefs into actionable strategies across creative, content, and advertising.
• Develop monthly account plans and oversee execution across platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Personally create copy, campaign ideas, and content where needed, while leveraging the team to scale execution.
• Constantly identify new opportunities, channels, and creative approaches to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.
• Measure campaign performance, share insights, and recommend next steps for continuous growth.
• Streamline client interactions and internal processes for smooth, efficient operations.
• Spot upselling opportunities that align with client needs and business growth.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 13 years in marketing (agency side), with hands-on experience in strategy and execution.
• Strong creative and content skillscopywriting, campaign ideation, and social media storytelling.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and demand generation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance client + team expectations.
• Comfort with both the big picture and the tactical details.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.

Other Good to have skills and experience

• Experience with real estate is great.
• If you understand performance marketing.
• Understanding of brand campaigns and worked on multiple platforms (size of the brands is not important, the thought process behind the work is).
• Prior work on brand strategy is great to have.
