About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome clients and visitors and coordinate meetings professionally.
2. Assist in preparation, drafting, printing and organization of business documents and agreements in English and Hindi.
3. Manage emails, schedules, records and administrative tasks.
4. Handle office coordination, client communication and follow-ups.
5. Operate computers, printers, scanners and other office systems efficiently.
6. Maintain confidentiality of company information and business discussions.
7. Assist management in day-to-day office operations and meeting arrangements.
