About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner2. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed
7. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to ensure resolution Work requirements: 1. Shift & work schedule
2. 24/7 rotational shifts
3. 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off Salary structure: 1. Freshers: In hand 17000 approximately, Rs 20000 CTC
