About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales within the assigned territory through school outreach and strategic engagement.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to support long-term business growth.
3. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively positioning the company's offerings.
4. Analyze territory performance and market trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional requirements.
6. Conduct customer research and collect feedback to support product positioning.
7. Represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.
8. Ensure strong brand visibility and alignment with regional sales objectives. NOTE:-
1. We offer performance incentives based on targets achieved.
2. Travel allowance is provided.
3. Employees are covered under PF and other applicable benefits.
4. 5.5 working days in a week.

1. 0–3 years of experience in territory sales or a similar role, preferably in the education or K–12 sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record in territory sales and client acquisition.
5. Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
6. Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Advanced negotiation and consultative selling skills.
