About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients and institutional partners.2. Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
3. Coordinate and execute webinars, workshops, and campus events with partner institutions.
4. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
5. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into partnerships.
6. Maintain records of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
8. Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
