About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead generation & outreach: Identify and develop new business leads through online research, databases, social media, referrals and other channels. 2. Telephonic marketing & follow-ups: Make regular calls to prospective clients, introduce services, qualify leads, maintain consistent follow-ups and developing effective approaches for reaching potential clients. 3. Online marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including email outreach, online campaigns, listings and other lead-generation activities. 4. Client relationship management: Maintain communication with existing and prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups. 5. Business research: Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, upcoming projects and potential partnerships. 6. Proposal & pitch support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability documents and other business development material. 7. Partnerships & networking: Identify opportunities for collaborations, strategic partnerships, referrals and industry networking.Skill(s) required

A confident, articulate, proactive candidate, comfortable in initiating conversations. They should be organised, persistent with follow-ups and genuinely interested in understanding how businesses grow.
Prior experience in business development, sales, telecalling, marketing or client servicing is valuable, but initiative, communication skills and the ability to get things done matter more than a specific degree.
