Role overview:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Branding and Marketing team, crafting impactful visuals for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, organized, and thrives in collaborative environments. You'll work closely with diverse internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in shaping Accordion’s brand and driving our marketing initiatives.

What will you do:

• Design and create visual content for both print and digital media.
• Develop visually compelling graphics and branding assets including videos, GIFs, infographics, branding assets for events, social media posts, brochures, newsletters, website graphics, and email campaigns—ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and briefs.
• Take full ownership of delivering assets as per brief, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Ideally, you should have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus. Experience with video editing or animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to gather input from multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and an eye for innovation.
• Expertise in defining design processes, summarizing key messages, and ensuring alignment with brand standards for error-free execution.
• Strong typography skills, with an ability to arrange type in a way that enhances readability and visual appeal.
