Manager - Integration Engineering

Key Responsibilities : - Manage a team of integration engineers and/or supervisors, including performance management, coaching, and development.- Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve integration engineering objectives aligned with business goals.- Direct the design and implementation of system integration architectures, including resolution of complex system overlaps.- Oversee the integration of multiple applications and subsystems into stable, scalable enterprise solutions.- Resolve escalated issues related to integration stability, performance, and delivery timelines.- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for integration initiatives.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, engineering standards, and governance processes.- Manage operational aspects of the team, including workflow, delivery commitments, and budget adherence.- Integrate Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives and decision-making.Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required).- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).Experience and Skills : Required : - 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, system integration, or related technology roles.- Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams.- Strong knowledge of integration architectures, system interfaces, and enterprise application landscapes.- Experience developing and executing operational and tactical plans.- Proven ability to resolve complex technical and delivery issues.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred : - Experience with large-scale enterprise or global integration environments.- Familiarity with middleware, APIs, messaging architectures, and integration platforms.- Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.- Background in driving process improvement and operational efficiency.- Exposure to cloud-based integration solutions.
