You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.In this role, you will : - Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platforms.- Analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.- Evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt over time, and establish a technology roadmap with system architects.- Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.- Mentor, develop, and train Junior developers.- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.Minimum requirements for the role : - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.- Self-starter, self-motivated, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.- Experience in Agile development methodology.- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.An ideal candidate also has : - Working experience with Salesforce CPQ.- Familiarity with integrated applications such as Mulesoft is preferred.- Experience in contributing to setting up CI/CD pipeline.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.- Certifications : Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, and other preferred.Total Rewards : At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving.
