Full Stack Developer - Java/.Net/Node.js

Role Overview :We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications that drive our core business functions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our user experience, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate our strategic growth initiatives, delivering tangible value to our customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and develop end-to-end scalable web applications and services using Java, .NET, Node.js, ensuring high availability and performance for our growing user base.- Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices, facilitating seamless integration across various internal and external systems.- Optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server to ensure data integrity, security, and lightning-fast retrieval for critical business operations.- Collaborate effectively with product management and design teams to refine requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces.- Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and quality assurance within the team.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high service levels for our production environments.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and product capabilities.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in full-stack development with extensive experience across either Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#), Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) ecosystems.- Proven ability to design and implement highly scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring efficient data exchange using JSON.- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SQL Server, including advanced querying, database design, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions.- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputed institution.- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing effectively as part of a high-performing team based in our Delhi NCR/Gurgaon offices.
