ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

· Handle all accounting transactions using Tally ERP software, including ledger postings, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
· Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of GST and TDS returns, along with related compliances like P Tax and statutory reporting.
· Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoices, vouchers, and financial statements such as profit/loss and balance sheets.
Assist in audits, budget preparation, MIS reports, and coordination with auditors or management for financial reviews
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree () in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
·4-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant, specifically in GST/TDS return filing and Tally ERP (mandatory).
· Male candidate preferred, as specified; based in Kolkata, West Bengal (aligned with your location). [user-information]
· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS), accounting principles, and MS Excel for reporting.
· Essential Skills
· Proficiency in Tally for day-to-day operations, error troubleshooting, and accurate bookkeeping.
· Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for handling sensitive financial data.
· Analytical mindset with clear communication for stakeholder updates and compliance.
