SAP PP Consultant - Support & Implementation

Experience : 5+ YearsLocation : Chennai (Work from office)Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions.- Configure and support : Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production & Process Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.- Work on end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support.- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.- Provide L2/L3 AMS support, incident management, problem management, and change requests.- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with SAP MM and SAP SD.- Maintain manufacturing master data including BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Versions.- Support SAP S/4HANA manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvements.Required Skills :- 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant.- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration.- Expertise in Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders / Process Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.- Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, AMS support, and production support.- Good understanding of ABAP debugging, User Exits, BAdIs, Interfaces, and Reports.- Strong integration experience with SAP MM and SAP SD.- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing is highly preferred.- Experience in manufacturing master data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- SAP PP Certification is preferred.
